a run down  man  went to the doctor.


he asked the Doc "Well doc what do I have??"

D- a rare disease called B24, you only have a few days left......

deeply depressed the man left the docs for the pub, he put a coin into a poker machine there- WHAM!!! up comes the jackpot.

another man says to him, "Geez mate you're lucky" he replies no I'm not I have B24 a fatal diesase.

then the other man says "mate In that case, you just won the meat tray as well!"
