Luton Bowman PW201 no1

Luton Bowman PW201 It is the wrong base, needs cutting to size, no burner or chimney.

Les

That's quick, I haven't even packed it yet.

Royal Mail have improved lately

I'd suggest using a Meccano strip as a template to "jig drill" the new holes round the edge when you reduce the base. It's much the easiest way to get them in the right place. Chimneys and burners aren't too hard to make.
Les

It was posted yesterday so it should be with you today.

Were the steam and exhaust pipes painted red originally? Presumably over time most have been polished as copper after the paint has worn off?
