That is a sweet one! I saw that run when I visited Rog in the Temple of Steam.
I have one of those in the electric version, and it is one of my favorites. Though I think that one is prettier.

i had the pleasure to veiw this engine first hand. we dont have a lot of jensens locally so apart from clintons they are the only ones ive seen first hand. it sure looks smart! squeezing the flywheel between my fingers (brake calipers lols.) i would say it has about the same power as my se3. is its power a direct result of the big four wick burner under it!????
IndianaRog
Glenn, I would say the power of that Jensen 25 meths heated reflects several factors:
1) the burner yes...it's a big one!!
2) bore and stroke
3) hefty cast iron flywheel
4) boiler size
Together they make for a strong runner. I would agree it probably equals the SE3 for speed, but my efforts to run almost any generator off an SE3 proved it doesn't have the same torque. The Jensen can turn a Stepper generator like the one I sent with it to Clinton...steppers will stop an SE3 dead.
