Mamod boilersI noticed that the boiler on the Centurion te has a single loop of tubing just under neath it. Do the other te's have the same thing?
Also figured out that the actual boiler it self that holds the water does not run the full length of the boiler, the front inch and a half or so is dead space.

I think only the new piston valves have the loop under the boiler, but as I don't own a new one I am only guessing.
The actual boiler dimentions that hold the water are the same as the SR. The front part started off as the exhaust chamber on the TE1, as the exhaust from the cylinder was piped into this space to condence.
This boiler configuration has carried on ever since.

Yep, the challenger has the same loop
Edit, sorry just realised you said TE's. The challenger is a roller. As Griffin said, I'm only aware of the piston valves having it

Old style TEs do not have the loop.
