That way it will be well run in and any problems with it would have been sorted out. If it is unused then you will have no idea if it is in runable condition or not. tmuir I'm after one in pretty much any condition as long as the boiler is sound as I will be replacing the wheels, cylinders, burner, SV, and buffers.
