This is what I got this week in a bit of a sorry state after a day or two later she is all looking like new.




some good old elbow grease and good old brasso.





A fun packed day of stripping  and repainting and soldering first time thanks to mamod man for the decals and barry for the washers

It was too far gone and a lot of rust under the paint  I m going to leave feed back to the person that I won it off ebay    and send them a pic

se1's are great engines is it an se1 or is it an se2 ??

Thats a SE1, that looks like it just came out of the factory box, great job there.

dont repaint the engine frame though it has the rare hammer green paint instead of the standard mamod mint green

I was going to ask that too!

Looks really good!  I haven't seen many Mamods with all red flywheels, I presume they do exist as a correct colour scheme?
