Mamod SP3Here we are after resoldering the pipe and fitting a new sightglass shes a very good runner 
thanks to mm for getting me the engine and for sending me the copper rivets

Great stuff Lewis.
It think the SP3's/MEC1's are such good runners, probably due to the steam dome/ slight superheating and the lack of a restricted exhaust.
Excellent mate.
Might have to run my MEC1 tomorrow

If you put wings on that engine it would take off.
Looks like a good runner.
Now you need to build some meccano fairground rides and drive them with it.

No there just screws at the end
