Just had a search through their website and although the prices are not as good as buying from the UK they have in stock nearly every Mamod model including mobiles and locos available and almost every spare part available for Mamod engines including the coweling I just bought for my Me engine so could be good for hard to get spare parts.

Yes, Tony, they are based in Brisbane and import other well known toys inc, I think, Corgi. They are very hard to deal with/ not very helpful with retail enquiries and, at least in the past, have directed all my enquiries to the few retail establishments who stock Mamod. They have an interest in a retail toy shop in Brisbane but the staff there know nothing about Mamod. It's been my experience that it's far easier to deal with Chas or Phil, at least they generally know what I'm talkng about.

Thats a shame there isnt a decent local supplier.
I have 2 local hobby shops that stock common parts and can get in other parts but it is usually still cheaper to buy from forest steam or ebay and pay postage than get them from local shops.
