The MFtwin with a complete set of nearly period tools.
All of the Tools are standard post war Mamod ones, all but the hammer are 1970's. To give them the appearance of their earlier counterparts I had to remove the raised bases. The trouble is you get a large hole where each of the rivets went. This was duly filled in with a threaded bush so that as per the original I could use screws to secure each tool to its base. The spoked flywheels were replaced with the correct type disk pulleys. This set up runs very well with just a 1 wick burner and put up a sterling performance at STIA as can be seen in Sandy's great DVD.

To be honest Ian, when I was filming the set up, I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Remember, I believe Mamod dropped this model as it was not very efficient.
Yours certainly shot that down in flames.
It was a pleasure to watch.

My MFTwin is a purchase I will never regret, a fine engine which is made with superior craftsmanship to the original.
