MF is still SteamingHello Guys
Sorry I have not been on lately, I have been trying to change Broadband suplliers since my last one cut me off the day before STIA. I only have limited time on a computer at work so I must limit myself to essential work only. Dont fear I will be back soon and to anyone who has emailed me or asked questions since STIA I will try to act on the requests ASAP. Cheers

Changing ISP is always a pain.
Once you have yourself sorted out we will expect a new MF engine though.

just been onto customer support, they are having trouble with a batch of routers, mine being one of them. Trouble is they wont send me a new one and they are getting an engineer to down clock the speed on my line. Wait for this it is going to take 5-7 days i need my connection

So they are going to give you a slower service.
I hope they are going to charge you for the slower service then and not the one you are on now.
Sounds all a bit odd as slowing down the line speed is just someone tapping a few keys on the computer.
Wonder if they have some duff exchange equipment and thats what they are really going to do to fix it as I could see that taking a week to do.
