Yes and yes . Falksteam One of our neighbours, who is a model engineer, suggests that you will find that BLACKGATES ENGINEERING still supply all the castings. He uses them in preference to Reeves 2000 as they are better value for money. steaminon Thanks guys.  I may be picking up a Traction engine that is either incomplete or that has been robbed of parts.  It is nice to know that I will be able to buy the castings that I will need to complete it. steaming_on_the_road If you do get it steaminon you should get the builders book called Scale Model Traction Engine Building Featuring "Minnie". Its a great book and really helped me when I had a 2" Minnie. Gil No,  I have not acquired the engine yet.  One of those deals that may or may not happen though I would like it to happen.  It is also a 1" scale engine. Was a great first engine and something really unique on the rally field. I have never sold anything on ebay so wasn't me! (fortunately) L E Jay I might try and cast some parts soon. Let us know what problems you have. I've got the book and a nearly complete model that comes apart.
