mm twin repaired and runningpipes resoldered here she is full steam ahead. i have to say keeping my hands of the brasso and shining her up is harder than it was stopping smoking.

OOooh. Poetry in motion.
What a great little engine.
It's looking a treat and running like a champ David.
I'm so with envy mate.

Great runner David, but I for one would shine it up with Brasso or whatever polish closer to how it looked new...it will tarnish again soon enough if you don't like it!

Good throaty sound to it too, it seems quite powerful, a real treat to watch.

Hit it with the Brasso, David.
You know you want to.
If you're disappointed with the result I'll take it off your hands!
It really sounds powerful, doesn't it?

What a good runner... that's great!
Usually I'm a polisher, but in this case, being what it is, I really wouldn't (apart from anything else, to protect your investment).... even though I'd want to!

Great work David. Fantastic to see it in action.
I read somewhere these weren't known to be good runners but yours certainly shows otherwise.
Thanks for the vid
