I do want to apologize -I am over my head in work and family at the moment so this is a poor effort on my part in what is a wonderful annual event for our site and any one in the world interested in steam.
I promise to better prepare next year!
In no particular order ....
The USS Cushing project- 1890 Torpedo Boat Destroyer
51" x 8" ( currently the hull is under construction with the first layers of fiberglass being applied)
steam plant laid in place for test fitting
Hobbies 1923 Miss America Restoration
This is how she sits today - after having a forum-effort realized by having a duplicate of the engine made and the burner restored to near original condition. More to go - but she is nearing the end and will sail by next Spring!

A mysterious boat build --the mired-down Q Boat
A steam-Punk effort which will when finished be a catamaran -styled boat with two "torpedo " hulls with dual rudders an a stationary engine providing the power... the hulls are made from engineered "2 liter pop bottles" that have been heat expanded and clad with wood strip...an odd project to say the least....

The clinker hull is very elegant. She'll look graceful in the water.

Isn't the burner a bit too big for the TMY boiler?
Sandman

Greg.
I was waiting with interest to see in one go all your model steam boats & steam engines.
Both of them are beautiful and interesting to say the least.
As you, I am strictly marine oriented.
I like everything that floats, your catamaran included!
