My copy of the Mamod bible.

AKA "the Story of Malins Models". I've decided that I'm not enough of a Mamod collector to keep this, so someone on here can have it. I'll leave this up for sale until tomorrow (Tuesday) evening, 9pm UK time, and I will be looking for offers of £50 or more....this seems to be the current market price. Highest bidder wins, simple as that.

The book is in immaculate condition.

Offers via PM please. Please note that this will be advertised elsewhere as well.

good luck mate
we already have one

Cheers guys!

I'm having a spring clean, getting rid of a lot of stuff I never use, hopefully raise a bit of cash for my next project.

maybe we should have a autum clearout here and get rid of some of our engines we dont us and put the money towards our garden rail
MooseMan

Go for it! It's a nice feeling....I had quite a few little engines sitting in corners that weren't being used, and I hate dead posessions....so now they've gone somewhere where they're appreciated, and I've got a bit of cash to play with - everyone's a winner!

The biggest problem with this book is it will make you want the older, rarer more expensive engines.

Funny you should say that, for that is the very reason I very rarely buy reference books any more!!!

I ended up with odd stuff, that I did not want to play with, cause it was rare and valuable, and then when I sold stuff, i never made any money.

I am trying to be more careful of my pursuit of this hobby.

Hallelujah!

Thanks very much Clinton - couldn't have gone to a nicer fella.

This and a Fiesta Haynes manual are the only books I would consider reading

Nice one Clinton, it's an excellent read and a collectors piece now

I regularly refer to mine

Well worth having (unless you are Moose, in which case, well worth selling )
