James...this is a whole new side of your collection...we can actually see them and they look grand. Had no idea you had so many nice condition flatbase types.

Your picture taking ability seems to be improving with every session!!
James

Thanks again Rog
Wallace

Great pics and very nice collection James

I didn't realise you had that many. Nice to have some of the boxes too

Well done mate. Great camera too
James

Thanks mate!

I actually thought I had more FB engines
Stitch

James, execellent collection. I am green with envy. Have showed my kids and they are asking why I don't have any.

They look great James, love the 1946 with the front mounted chimney, just brilliant. Two FB boxed line shafts, , hmm, wanna sell one, . No, I'm not swapping the prewar SE2 for one, It's still winging it's way here.

Cheers

Good luck to him I say
Graham-Jilly

Great colection James one to be proud of
and not blured either
James

Thanks guys and gal

Only one of the lineshafts is boxed, the mazak one, and I got that in a huge job lot, and I got £5 off cos the lineshaft had a scratch

The other box is off my MM2, I only stood the linesaft on there to look good
Griffin

Nice engines James, I too did not realise you had so many FB's
James

Thanks Griff

Still on the lookout for more

And one day, I hope to own a few flatbase (Hobbies) tools, and some Mamod brass pulley ones
