My New Toy Steam Website *was my new website*Just started working on this. I much prefer the website builder Freewebs has now. Seems much easier to use.
Not much up here yet as I need to take some more pictures of my engines
The spellings no doubt will be awful as I am just getting used to the system before I sort out everything properly

Good start James
The hard work is done now, so just keep adding to it and it will soon come together you’ll see.
Its brilliant having your own website

Should I put my TWK1 under the TE1 section or its own seperate section?

1. Are you having a seperate section for TE1 and TE1a's??
2. Are you in danger of using up your 20 (I think) free pages??

I have decided I shall include it into the TE1 section. The TE1 secttion has TE1's and TE1a's in it so it will fit there

James, very nice start giving a proper "window" for a wonderful collection. As Steve said you've already done the hardest part...from here on out it's just adding stuff, tweeking the layout as needed and eventually paying for space as you will quickly outstrip the freebie allotment.
Really nice job!

Thankyou very much! I have hit a wall at the moment where I can't add any more pictures...long story So no updates on that front for a day or 2 but I have added a lot of links now

Jim, the relatively small cost to pay for a bazillion bits of storage space on Freewebs is well worth it. Not sure, but it's possible you have already hit your max. storage alloted via the free route. If you have videos to add...be sure to put them on YouTube or PhotoBucket with just a link on your website. Links take up next to no space, but actually loading the video onto your own site eats up storage space and every time someone views it you lose a little bandwidth the other aspect of "space".
Paid website only costs about $35 USD / year if I recall...small change vs. price of even a single engine and lots of fun for the money.
Keep it up!
Rog
With a collection the size of yours you are going to need it. PLUS, with a paid website space you don't have any adverts!

Hmmmm I shall have a think about having a paid website. The problem with uploading pictures is to do with the pictures not the website so at the moment I am okay!
I shall have a think when it comes to running out of space

What is my monthly bandwidth?

Crikey Just realised the minimum cost of an upgraded pay site is $49 dollars I think when I get to the stage where I have used all my space up I shall give up on the idea

When you log in go to your account details, it will be there.
I upgraded two days after I started mine as I needed more than the 20 free pages.
