My SR1 restoration..When i got her...
When ive cleaned her up, she's gleaming!!
Have temporalily rivited the engine frame on cause i do not have any glue to glue the nuts on underneath..
I do eventually want to paint the engine back to its original colour but for now i think its looks pretty good and useable...
My wife quite likes the gold colour, hmmmm....

The brass reminds me of the Black and Brass Wilescos, I agree it is pleasing to the eye being brass.
