My TVR1a engine
I built this from a pre-machined kit I purchased in September 2005. note- flywheel and pulley weren't part of the kit.
a very good steamer. this is my favourite engine I have.

Most notably the Traction Engine. How great is that. Very OZ too. Flanelette shirt , joggers, and the dog on the back

the whistle i ordered from PM Reseach Inc.
it suits the TVR1a steam plant well.

I've got the money hoping to complete the paper work for council approval this week and hopefully will be getting my quote to build the retaining wall in the next week or two.
So hopefully it will be built in the next 2 to 3 months

just got info from the maker, Robert Graham, he says the TVR1a max rpm is 4000 rpm.
