New! …New!…..Toy Steam site

Toy Steam site

Well as promised here in my Toy steam collection,. …It’s a big website so give it time to download OK.  I would like to thank Indiana Rog & Manx for a few of the images.

If you click on the small engin images they take you to main engin pages.

Something for the long weekend, hope you ENJOY it…

I'd appreciate your feedback guys…

Far better than my crappy thing

That's a great site just took a peak at the mobile section and was pleasantly surprised instead of the usual mamod mobiles there was a huge selection of strange engines that I have never seen or heard of.

into me favourites it goes

I will add a link to your site from mine this weekend. Real good Job.

Great Site, Steve,

Well designed and attractively laid out.

A pleasure to explore. Love the expanding levels of detail on each topic.  Are you largely focusing on your own collection or are you building a database?

I am astonished after all those years in the Diving Industry you never found your way to this part of the world.  Saba, a small island south of St Maarten, has some of the most spectacular diving in the world.

And for fishing the North Drop, above here and Puerto Rico, is famous for big game fishing, Marlin, Swordfish, Tuna, Wahoo, etc.  A lot of the charters operate out of St Thomas.

Anyway, loved the site.  As a matter of interest, how long did it take to build?

Very funny Pauly

That would of course mean actually buying more Stationary Engines to put on the pages…....!

I suppose I could put on an extra page with my Bowman M122, which I bought from Indiana Rog. It’s in perfect condition, in its original state in its original box. Would that suffice for now?

Any one else got any suggestions to improve the site… that don’t involve buying loads more engines.

The Mastrand Steam Roller is not German as you page suggests.

I wasnt joking
you dont have to buy more engines you could just put members engines up their and turn it into a database like the steam bible with lots of info.

How much did the masterand cost

No, sorry Steve,  everything else is awesome.

More engines it is.

I got the Mastrand for £61 including postage however my one in the pictures has no burner or Box, so I am on the lookout for either, but I don’t have high hopes.

is that the average price or are they super rare and that was a bargain.
pauly

That's a real good price for a Mastrand Roller. I'd not worry about the box as these were plain carboard, with no picture. It's the burner we need to keep a look out for.

That was the sort of money they were fetching before the forum members started bidding against each other for them. There was an explosion of interest here a few months ago and it became the must have engine. A bit like the interest being shown for the Wilson vertical now.

Well done !
