New Additions Part 3As I mentioned in my introduction to you guys in August, My uncle left me his awesome collection of steam engines , electric trains , clockwork models etc.. I am still sorting them all out, but I came across this last week and it blew my mind. Let me know what you think !!!
She is about 250mm wide by 850mm long, isn't it beautiful !

If you do want to fire it up find a local model engineering club and get them to test the boiler first. |

a coalfired engine! Is it 3,5 inch or a 5 inch model ? By the way the gauge is not so important . I hope you find a way to ride it and than post a vid of this beauty under steam ! As mentioned above : Make an hydraulic test first to see if she´s steamable at all and than off with her on the rails ! cheers Joe |

Very nice! Simplex's can be finikey but much fun once running nicely!
Yeap, and will more than likley need a 10 year hydrollic on it and also if the tester is unfamiliar with the boiler and you have no history may insist you have the boiler out and off for inspection. |

yes thats a very nice simplex, a good clean and polish and she will look splendid!
