new boat part 3today i fitted the decking and relagged the pipes then ran her for 12 mins and she ran lovely

Wow that looks great!!! A few things I would do.
Use a thin piece of wood and outline the outside of it.
The other thing is I would lag the bottom of the chimney just to cover the holes there.
Even if you do nothing at all, she's a beauty. 
I would like to see the prop moving if you have time.

now that's a good idea, i will get video done of the prop later for you
