New bumper time
The old one was looking a bit tired out. It was actually like that when I bought it and didn't seem to get any worse as the years have passed.
21 years of crap and dirt was under the old one. But no Rot 
The new one was bought a while back on ebay genuine Ford and I have painted it in Rosso red  The car hasn't faded too much so the match on the paint was very good:

Don't be too hard on it - looks like a 21 year old Ford Fiesta underneath that old bumper!
