New Wilesco non-steam item

Hi

I got this W700 Ferris Wheel tin toy at Ebay. It is mint condition an runs about 10 minutes with the clockwork.  
It calms me down. Just what I need dearly at the moment.







It looks Wilesco every inch but the mark ist not Wilesco. I know that there is a company that produces a lot of models for Wilesco but I do not know the name
