Did indeed like the video. Seems that little loco is a very eager one!!! Loved how the dogs seem to prance all about without getting tangled up with the loco. Some nice camera editing with the "long ago in a galaxy far, far away" type Star Wars scrolling text at the start.
Very cool.

Nice video.
The way everyones SL2 is coming flying off the track make me glad I wet to 45mm gauge and wide curves.
I wont post my vid up as I don't want to steal your thread but have a look at my speed trials I did a while ago with mine. If it was on O gauge track I think it would of landed next door.
My video isn't nearly as well edited and its also missing a nice sound track but it does have a Mamod going very fast.

Cool vid!
Do you think we should start a SL2 lovers society? , we can have competitions to keep it on the track (No tmuir, you're not allowed to compete with your 'sensible' and 'safe' 45mm
Seriously though, I was under the impression that most people didn't like the blue Mamods, how wrong I was!

You sure? I'm sure the board could get together to buy a prize! (like another loco to replace the wreck that would be the likely result of such a contest )
I'm suprised how sturdy these locos are, especially with Arthur having that argument with a ladder.

They are proper tough little things.
I should be picking up my second SL1 tomorrow, hope it is a runner...will have to wait and see. Think he will be named "PREFECT" as a nice partner for "ARTHUR".
Planning on running them as a double header to form "ZAPHOD".
I don't have an SL2 yet, but think they look great.

I've not met a person who doesn't like the SL2! it's the best one IMO!
They are strong little things! paintwork is pretty good too! considering half the time it's scraping concrete

you are so right MM its getting better with each run and we have run it on the blocks many times as well.
