You're off to a good start, MTA! Now, wasn't there another item for your railroad section...a coal shovel, maybe? Did you win that?

Someone pipped me too the post. It wasnt listed on ebay, it was a sale on another site But the man selling it said if he ever got any other stuff I'd be the first to know
oldstuff

I had 3 at one time. At least, they were definately coal shovels...not sure if they were from an actual engine. They all had shaped wooden grip and were short. There they sat in my resale shop's front window, I thought they were neat, but no-one ever even asked about them. Believe I kept at least one...if interested I'll look for it, you could have it - except for postage, of course.

A pic would be good, postage would be the death of me (or should that be debt?)
oldstuff

Yeah, kinda thought it might not be worth the postage...I'll "dig" around and try to get a pic anyway.

if it turns out to be the 'Real McCoy', might take it further

Great job MTA.

Very very nice
MTA

Site has been updated with a few more pics. (oldstuff will be pleased )
oldstuff

I like all the updates, and the pics! But I think you particularly mean the Meccano
crane, and it is very nice, indeed! Now, let's see, the boom is raised and lowered
by means of a hand crank...hand crank, no, you want it to run on steam!
(I see this is your intention, but I couldn't resist)

I would like my MM1 to sit on top, but it only runs in one direction Hopefully in the future some better pics as my sister is getting a link cable for my phone to connect to the computer for christmas, I have some good pics on there as well Plus a vid of a railway... I'm just trying to think of an engine that will sit on top, as I want it to rotate etc

Don't be sad, mate. We'll have Steve_S whip you up a minor with a reversing lever after he
finishes the MM2 Twin and Bowman M101 clones!
MTA

It's gone quiet on the twin MM2 front recently
MTA

Updated with info on that elusive ticket
MTA

My site has had most of the pics deleted, but they should all be back by tomorrow evening, and be of better quality and smaller!
MTA

Pics of my TE1A and Water Cart added on the Mamod page More pics later, as my phone's battery is low, but I always drain the battery completely before recharging
MTA

Pictures of the MM1 and SR1A now on the site
MTA

Pictures of 'Victor' on the site. Also, I've changed the Links section to include events I'll be attending as well, haven't counted how many shows I'm going to with my engines though

It's next on my attention list after the M158 and SE3 If you do get one Mike, get the kit version, otherwise they are a pig to take apart should you want to work on it
SPOKESMAN

I'll bear that in mind MTA.

The tea can is made by the North Yorkshire Moors Railway for a meer pittance of £9.99. Which I though to be quite reasonable I was going to put in a slight comment about me in the jacket, e.g. That idiot in the jacket, oh, that's me!
MTA

Website updated with a rally report, basically what I put on here but a few bits edited. Videos added, better pics of the MM1 added, and the links page updated slightly:

Website template changed.

A new banner at the top of the page.

Update to the Mamod page.

Site updated.

Next week I hope to merge the Mamod and Wilesco pages to make one page, under 'Toy Steam' then add pictures of all my other engines.
MTA

Toy Steam page has been ceated, and everything except the:

Latimer Plane L4

Wilesco Tracktor

and the SEL Major

has been added to it

All engines currently at home are now up on my website:

All being well, there should be a new addition by mid-June
