Welcome to the Forum.
With others saying how bad photobucket is, and praising YouTube, it was interesting to have my first problems with YouTube. Firstly the page would not load, on refreshing all I got was the title of your video and the audio track (no video), and finally on the 3rd go it work.
Nice to see an SP1 in action, as mine is in unused condition and relegated to collection only status at present.

IS there anyway to fnd how old Mamods are?
Its my dads mamod, and it could be around the mid 70's.
He has a Mamod Rodaster SA1 in cream in good condition, that he would like to part ex, for a traction engine or steam roller, to use as a stationary power centre
PM me if your interested.

If you post some pictures of it, someone on here will be able to date it for you.

SP1s were introduced in 1979, and discontinued in 1984, with a total production of 27,500. (Source Mamod - The Story of Malins Models, which is refered to as the bible on this Forum and may still be available from MSS, otherwise you have to pay inflated prices for a copy from ebay).
