Renown Vertical Steaming again PIcsWell it finaly going again.
After just reading Chris's post of his renown and its condition I feel very lucky, I only need to clean and paint the base and rebuild the Vanes on blades and it was ready to go.

Brandt, you've done a brilliant job on that engine and especially on the windmill vanes. It's interesting to see yours has the decal on the boiler as well as the windmill tail.
I think the construction of the tail is different on each of ours, mine is cut from one peice of sheet meat and has been cut out in such a way that I can't lower the angle of the tail. Maybe each one was made slightly differently.
