Mamod Minor 1 Disc CrankWell after my sel minor restoration i set out on my disc crank minor 1. The paint on the base had blistered badly ages ago once when i ran it and it had been sat in the cupboard ages. I stripped it polished it and gave it a paint and now it looks good as the original 
opinions ? 
before painting dunno why the firebox was crome

Looks grand lad! You off to paint the engine frame?
It's sad when people just don't use their heads and paint fireboxes in normal paint. People like that should leave engines well alone

i prefer the engine frame brass to be honest but i may paint it at a later date
