Lovely,a close friend of mine used to have a border, Bess, she loved the countryside and long walks, we used to spent a lot of time on Dartmoor. Im not a dog person but I do like Border Collies.

I personally like all dogs except the tiny puny ones that women put in their handbags! I might get a Black Labrador when I'm older I used to have a phobia of dogs, dont know why, but now I'm fine!

I'm worried that if I had a dog and left it in the house, I'd come back to brown and yellow carpets and torn up furniture!!!
|
Lewis

you can say brown and yellow again she dosent really chew up stuff though

exactly!
Well, for me, I just wouldn't have the motivation to take it for walks and things, anyone who puts a dog through that should be shot!
So, it's not for me

My last dog left this earth in 1996, she was the best dog ever, I am now better with a cat due to not always being able to give a dog the extra care one takes, my Cat is fairly self maintaining.
My last Dog was a Weimeraner, she was 14 years old when she passed, and I do miss her dearly. They earn a place in your heaert.

They are a real beautiful breed of dog.
When you have a good dog you do form a bond with them, and that is sad when they finally pass on.

.... oh, Alf. I'm so sorry your dog passed on. Thanks for the picture! Losing a beloved pet hurts so much ... I've expirienced it twice. My faithful Spaniels Sascha and Axel.
My canine unit Xanto, already 13 years old, is now sleeping at my feet, sometimes woofing and twitching in his slumber. What dreams may be capering inside that tiny head?
What would we be without our pets?
I would be totally alone ...
Cheers, mate!
