Where are you from?

With quite some of the locations that are mentioned in the "meet the members" section, I don't have a clue where they are.

I recently found a interessting site where you can make a "buddy map"

Thought it might be interesting having one for the forum. I've created one here: http://www.buddymapping.com/maps/mamod

Just click the "add yourself to the map" button to add yourself

Won't let me be mapped!
I keep getting an error message =
"Bad Gateway The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server."
I wonder if it's my Anti-virus software? (Norton))

So have I but it's stuck my 'dot' up near Geneva, despite telling it 'Avignon', which is the nearest town it would accept as my 'address'

I added mine, but now the server's down. The flood of traffic from the forum must have crashed it.

I think it's working now again.
I doesn't know all adresses, I could enter my home town, but it didn't get exactly at the right spot.
At least it will give you a iidea where all there forum members are from, there are already quite some dots on the map now fun to watch

It worked for me, all it needed was a postal code.

im in worked first time except could not find my postcode

IT shows Tony Gregory to be in Alabama USA

I should add that although I live three miles from the Post Office that has the Post Code I entered, my mailing Postal Code is different, my Post Office is 12 miles away.

Sorry Sandy, but it looks like the map has decided to move Newmilns to the south side of Glasgow, as we are now both in the same place. It would not accept my postcode.

Anyone tried the 3D option.

It ended up with Manxman in Ayrshire, William High in Dumfries, and Paddy from Dublin in the Isle of Man!
