It isn't RC.  The mahogany decking is unique and beautiful, but the whole kit doesn't cost much over $169.00 on most websites excluding RC. I thought I had this one in the bag. Maybe I'll just buy the kit.  I have enough mahogany planking left over from the Elliot Bay to achieve the same effect.
