WeedenSteam Hope you find one, they are a bit like hen's teeth. I have made adapters to use the later style screw in whistles and SV's but it is a fiddly process. Classic Tin Toy sells the SV base which could be adapted as well by cutting the top off and threading it I suppose. Adapters aren't original but they do let you steam the engine and can be replaced if an original comes up which beats the huge blob of solder piled on the boiler which is seen quite often. firefite whistle adapter Where can I get a whistle adapter? for the 17? firefite Found the SV part I had a 'Senior moment" I have the SV adapter, but I would like the real whistle. Thanks Dave IndianaRog Dave, member "Weedensteam" above has many parts for Weedens, but apparently not what you are looking for.  Search Google for:  "Classic Tin Toy"...they are a hobby shop/repro parts seller with a good number of Weeden parts.
