A what? You get it posted to a box?

Here in aus the local post office has boxes built into the sides of a wall all individual boxes and numbered with your own key.
you pay rental to the post office and they put your mail in there
dont have mail slots in our doors like you do in the UK
your address becomes the po box number very handy as the young hoods here nick every thing out of your post box at the front gate.

Ahhhh I see all makes sense now cheers
I always thought that having a post box at the end of your drive/front garden was just because of lazy postmen .

Nice engine! So how many have you got now?
I was thinking about bidding on that very engine but two things stopped me...
1/ The idea of owning a rare engine, my concience was torn enough with repainting my SL2
2/ The cost
Glad it went to a good home!
Hope you get the leak sorted easily, and look forward to a Gala video of Marvin, Charly, the Princess, Liz etc soon!

ran it up this afternoon
and there was no real leak problem just a bit around the regulator when it first primed but when it was running under full steam it was good as gold the occasional drop no more than any of my others which had never been fired so all in all I reckon we got a BARGAIN

Thanks Mate but being a rare model wont stop me fireing it seeing its all ready been fired. I think it will fit in well here just have to find a cheap prince for her and we will be happy.
we have four here at the moment one on its way from switserland with 20 lengths of strait track a flatbed truck a log and a box truck from the same seller. if and when we settle the problem RS1 we will have six in total but im not counting on ever seeing the last one
cheers G-J
