Paper and Steam Galore - ChasRate, Chas had an SP4 on ebay. 50 available, starting bid, £5.99! I bid on 2, won 2.
Paid for 2 by Paypal, with postage, £25. I cocked up, and paid twice.
I rang him up, he told me it was a cock up and that there was only ONE, not 50.
I said fine whatever aslong as you refund me me money.
He said I've refunded one already.
I looked, and he had, but it was for $25! £12.50 
I hope he sorts it out... quick

I saw him at rally once and and asked if a Wilesco Wistle would fit a mamod my answer was "of course it will you idiot" so i bought on and oh it didnt fit!! didnt bother asking for a refund!

I think you're being a little unfair. I accept he is not always perfect. So that makes him like the rest of us. I've used him 3 or 4 times in the past year and he's been spot on every time.
Like most UK based members, I start with Forest but if they don't have what I want, I'd be happy to give Chas a go.
