Parts for Bowman M135 - Now Found Thank You.Here is my first Bowman engine, an M135. Mostly complete, it is a good runner, but needs a few parts to complete.
As the baseplate will need repainting I've obtained a replacement transfer from Mamodman, and fitted a replacement end cap courtesy of Mamodfan.
It needs the upper driveshaft, together with a geared wheel and one (or two) pulleys for this driveshaft. Anyone got any of these items?
I have read on this forum, and elsewhere on the web, that to use the oiler properly these engines should have felt pads fitted to the cylinder/piston. Anyone got any spare felt pads?; or can someone put up a photo to show how these are fitted (with sizes). Thank you.

Just to say that I've now got the parts I required, and have been given advice on how to fit the felt pads to the piston.
Is there any way to delete these 'Wanted' postings where they are no longer required? Must use up space on myfreeforums that could be put to better use?

Just thought that as the Forum gets more popular it will hit some sort of size limit on myfreeforums.

So glad you found your parts, I think it is a good idea to either mark the threads as Found or Sold in the Wanted and For Sale sections once people find or sell their items. If nothing else the thread originator could edit the thread title to signify that the desired thing happened.
