I haven't used photobucket for a month or so and they have changed the system.

In the past when I opened my album there was a section up the top where I could down load new images, it's no longer there.

Where do I now go to to down load new images.

Hi Chris,

Lately it's doing the same thing here: shows me an album page but no upload panel.

I think they are having system problems.
And it's very slow to even open any of the PB pages.
I guess it will sort in time. I get some luck by reloading the page from scratch, sometimes.

Mine seems to be ok.

After you log in, look for a "albums and upload button"

If you can't find one click find the tab that says home (for me it is to the left of the search option.

Click that then see if you can see a my album tab near the top of the page.

I know they have changed the format, so I went through this before (just that I can't recall what I did).

When I log into mine, it goes straight to 'my album' page with the browse and upload buttons.

The one I use is PB.com.

With mine there is a Upload Photos and Video button on the left side of the screen. There is also an Album tab which can be clicked.
I got an email form them asking what they could do to encourage me to buy prints, that is the first time I have even been reminded that they want people to buy prints. Great system, and still no pressure to spend anything.

I just go to photobucket and click on my album and because I've set the browser to remember my photobucket log in it just takes me sstriaght to my account and right in the middle of the screen there is the browse and upload buttons so I don't know what is going on with yours Chris.
I do know that photobucket has many servers and it is possible the one yours is on is having a problem. A few months back my entire account was unavailable for about 8 hours.

For a free service it's great.

I just tried to up load some pics and the bulk upload facility wasn't working properly but doing it manually worked fine.

I tried it again this morning, and it looks like it might be something to do with either my anti-virus (Norton)or spyware stuff, or maybe I denied a pop up when I shouldn't have. I tried the other computer last night , and it works fine - it has a different anti-lurgie system, Bullguard instead of Norton AV. It won't remember my password on this computer either, I have to log in evertime I want you use it, despite havingticked the appropriate box.

There is no album/download tab either, it just goes straight to the album with no download box over the top. when I go back to the home page and click on the download button, it treats me as a new applicant

I use the lap top for all my images because it's got my copy of Photshop on it, it now looks like I'll have to transfer all the images I want for it to the other computer via memory stick, bugger ,
