Removing Mamod Loco Paint

Whats the best way of removing Mamod loco paint? Can i use a wire brush in a drill or something. Got a bit fed up wiv W+D so was looking for another way.

The best way I found was to use Car Paint Stripper.  I got it from a car parts shop.  It get the paint off without scratching the metal, which is important when you come to respray or paint as any tiny scatches will show through.  Be careful with this stuff as it is a good skin stripper as well if you leave it on your skin too long. Wear gloves and eye protection!

Nitro mors doesn't touch it, I blasted it off with a blow torch

The stuff for car paint works well, it strips cellulose paint and clears off the Mamod paint easily.  MD

Im Unsure if it will work on mamod  but brake fluid does a rather wonderful job on cars especially when its not intended

Acetone and or Lacquer Thinner works on lots of paints too. Might try some Nail Polish remover from the Pharmacy.
