Replacing washers

Recently I put some washers on my SR1A and SE3 safety valves. Just O rings under the 'mushroom' head, and fibre washers on the threads. Seeing as I'll be going to at least 4 shows this year with my engines, I need to know a supplier who sells bags of O rings and fibre washers for dirt cheap prices! Mamod only, as Wilesco's come with spare washers!

£5 inc postage . . . .

Stay well away from Chas

Barry does them all at a cheap price and in bulk lot. Get his e-mail from his forum profile. They are cheap and do the job nicely!

The washers should last you a while anyway. O rings go before anything but i'm well stocked up on them thanks to Chris

Cheers MM, I looked on Chas's site. £1.50 for an 'assortment', so who knows how many you'd get! I shall send Barry an email then

Complete and utter waste of time buying washers off Chav steam

It's difficult to get a decent amount of washers at a cheap price, but Barry is the man
