Roundhouse Beck 'Anna' in steam Steamed up specially for the forum, my Roundhouse Beck named 'Anna'.
This was produced during a very short span of two years, 1989 & 1990, before being phased out of Roundhouse's production line.
She runs really well, I can't wait until she has a longer line to run on as well as a load to pull
By the way, that sound when she is running is not the wheels squealing round the curves, it is the gas burner!

Beck I believe were the first to use internal gas firing, and that hollow UFO sound is distinctive to the Beck engines

Are you sure you haven't got the whistle open?
Nice little runner, deserves a bit more track though.

If only it had a whistle That is one thing Garden Railway locos seem to lack...
I hope to get some more track in due course, as well as lay a rather long garden railway
