Roundhouse Lubricator mounting questionAll:When installing the Roundhouse lubricator, do most of you allow the bent steam pipes to hold it in place, or do you actually try and "mount" it to the footplate somehow? I had an idea of trying to drill a hole in the footplate so the drain would be below the floor, but then I realized this would really not assist filling it with the cab roof? One of the positives of the Jane/Janet I guess.

Mine is just held in place by the pipes and its also that way on my roundhouse loco too.

Mine are also held in place by the piping same as Tony's |
