SA1 restoarrived today looking a bit sorry for its self. is going to get a full repint some body bits changed and some bits added . have found a car to roughly base it on but am still trying some more pictures as only found the one .
here it is

That's not too bad atall. It all seems to be there apart from minor things like the drive bands and the fixings for the seat. Do you have the burner? If not, it's easy enough to get a replacement. As you say, it needs a repaint because of the rust, but not much more. It's certainly a bargain for what you paid for it.

i will agree for the money its pretty damn good no burner but i do have one from a TE1a whhich i can use for now.

the car i want to base this on is one of these.http://autocollections.com/index.cfm?key=1728&action=details&tab=sold but this is the only picture of one i can find . the closest i can find but not quite the same is an Overland Knight. if anyone can find anymore pictures of a Falcon Knight 1927 wouls be great have hunted the net for two days now
