I think he's applied and shows up in the members list, but hasn't yet been activated and is so unable to post.
It's a bot and would spew lots of spam posts if allowed. One of the mods will kill it shortly.

As MM has said every few days he joins and is deleted, he is never activated and so can't post.
We get atleast one spammer a day join.
Usually if we get one that keeps coming back we add their names to a disallowed list so they can't ven join but unfortunately that doesn't work for this particular spamer due to the fact he uses 'illegal characters' in his user name that screws up the name blocker so he still can get through.
Its a sad fact that MFF brings out new ways to stop spammers and then they figure out ways around it.
That's the main reason all new members have to be manually activated by James or Wallace to ensure that spammers never get a chance to post here.
