SE2Unfortunately I can't find the before pics but i got a Mamod SE2 that as usual, I felt needed a clean!
Its been in pieces for quite a while as I was waiting for a friend to get me some Viton O rings for the boiler steam outlet pipe.
I take it that its an early/mid 50's model looking at the flatback cylinder?
For those that are getting bored of my 'clean up' resto's, I will endeavour to one day get an engine that needs some paint slapping on it
I have put a different pic in my updated 'collections' thread.

It's about late 50's as I assume it takes a normal burner rather than a wick type.

Yes, its a trough type meths burner rather than the wick type so thanks for the date .
