home made, (2) 3' foot suspended sections, shaft carriers made out of oak, with roller bearing inserts driving 11 (at present) tools

They are called "fisher price loving family people" and are 1" scale, & can be bought cheaply @ garage sales or e-bay

OMG Geoff that long lineshaft at the back goes the extra mile    that is the mother of ALL lineshaft's
