I think I could probably build that! Doesn't say to wait for brass tubing to cool after torching, but I'm sure builders will figure that out soon enough!!

Make a miniature rocket from a match, some foil and a pin.

It works great down the pub, you just need to find a smoker with matches and a cigarete packet for some foil.
