It would be great indeed, I should try it some day. I'm not sure about basic TE's but a piston valve traction engine could have enough power. It depends on the thickness of the snow though. |

Here's my TE running stationary on a balcony. There's not enough space to let it drive around. 
Temperature was -2 °C (28 °F). (Not very cold, when I took the first pic it was about -16 °C (3° F)) Here's the video: http://modelsteam.myfreeforum.org/about15643.html
