The Great South Arbury Steam FestivalIt's almost that time of year again when all types of loco/train gather at the South Arbury Railway (Cambridge) for a day of steaming fun!
The 'Great South Arbury Steam Festival' is the winter event that produces the most spectacular steam effects!! Held this year on Saturday 15th December.
The railway itself is a 1200' circuit of double track 32mm gauge line with curves of no less that 7' radius & gradients of 1 in 200 maximum.
The line is ideally suited to Mamods & Garratts alike!
Running is from Midday & light refreshments are available.
This is not a public event so boiler certificates are not required.
