Be real careful of postage tmuir. You probably know, but just in case, always ask. I got one a while back, around 23pound postage. I always ask for postage prices before I bid.
I've seen someone wanting 50 pounds postage to OZ for a TE1a before.

That is ludicrous prices - its knowhere as expensive as that - they basically dont want the hassle, its no different taking it to the PO and sending it to Australia or Aldershot! (except one is a bit more expensive, not a lot more) | ||

Where yoy get mad quotes for postage guys, why don't you get it sent to one of us and we'll forward it at cost. I'll do it for you no problem. Just an idea. | ||

My mother in-law lives in England so I could get them sent to her address but basically if someone wants to be a rip-off merchant I would just rather not buy from them.
It's not like I'm buying super rare engines that only come up once a year so I would just rather not give them my business. But thanks for offering anyways.

Thanks for the offer Yosa, and will keep it in mind.
I had another look the SE3 with crazy postage price. The seller has posted a few questions he got asked. It appears at the time I asked, he must have given postage price on a big parcel, as he couldn't fit the engine in the box. Someone pointed out to remove the chimney So it might be cheaper now, not sure
