The W&LLR Loco Roster ~ lopettaa, sluta, enden.

Hi guys, please allow me to present the Loco's of the Westwood & Loscoe Light Railway............................

First up, a Pearse "Earl". R/C with working whistle and PTLR Chuff-pipe

Secondly, an Accucraft "Countess", again R/C but a Summerlands Chuff-pipe.

Next, a manual contol  Accucraft Caradoc "Lady Marilyn" with replacement cab controls and Summerlands Chuff-pipe.

A Roundhouse Bertie "Blodwen", manual slip-eccentric loco with replaced smokebox and buffer beams.

The "Old Lady"...... a vintage Meths fired Roundhouse Ladt Anne, "The Lady Of Sherwood". Slip-eccentric and manual control.

Rounding off the "Steam Shed", a modified Mamod, "Ogwen"

For those with an interest in battery powered diesels,

and finally (*), a loco that I own with great pride, one of Peter Jones' "Compton Down" fleet!

(*) But that may change tomorrow!

Thank you very much for the flattering comments folks, I wish I could have had more time for this so you'll just have to excuse me as a "Newbie"

It is indeed

I filmed the video at todays steam-up at Butterley, the Midland Railway Centre.
We have a garden railway right next to the main running line ~

Informal gatherings of like-minded railway "nuts" where we play trains, swap ideas and information and enjoy the sight and sounds of "the real thing"............

Bye Everyone, and thanks for visiting the Westwood & Loscoe Light Railway.
Don't leave it too long before you call again

Douglas

Final Words really; thank you for letting us see the WLLR!

Also a pleasure steaming up at Butterley mate, would love to do it again sometime next year when we have more time [and less disasters ]

Hopefully the Jessie and spare parts will suit you down to the ground too - seeing your Lady Marilyn yesterday has seriously opened my eyes at to how good Accucraft are getting
