Third attemptThird trial attempt. Three of the machines in my collection which has a fair number of the earlier and simpler machines many mounted on boards. Thanks Richard for the instructions. All three images are what was on ebay and will get new images up in future since the first and second have been dusted and washed and look so much better now

Hi, The second is a Rossignol made in france in the 1890s. Just love the looks. A similar looking engine was made by Radiguet also from France who made many steam powered boats.
The third, which is my favorite is a Frisbee made in Cromwell Ct here in the states. States on unit patent pending 1871. Company went on into the early 1920 making among other things cap guns. There steam toy production did not last long only 1870-1880s. Frisbee only made two models, this which is the most desirable and another "pot" but with a regular oscillating cylinder and flywheel

I thought the second one was French as I've seen one once before on ebay France but yours is in much better condition.
If you ever get bored of it let me know.
I do like the unusual engines and the last two are great.

Now that third engine is really different, and for some reason reminds me of the pudding out of The Magic Pudding,

Wow, indeed.
I remember the Rossignol from E Bay, very nice.
But the Frisbee is a new one on me. Absolutely stunning.
You really seem to have some truly vintage engines,
The Pioneer on June's Engine of the month thread is also spectacular.
Look forward to seeing more.
